Shipping Information

We are based in Canada and ship to Canada, the U.S., and the U.K.. For other international destinations, please contact us at info@voilamaison.ca for details.

  • Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times: Estimated shipping times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. Please note that delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the carrier’s tracking number. 

Canada Shipping Rates

Ontario & Quebec

  • Free shipping on orders over CA$120 (before tax).

  • Flat rate CA$15 on orders under CA$120.

Alberta & British Columbia

  • Free shipping on orders over CA$185 (before tax).

  • Flat rate CA$19 on orders under CA$185.

All Other Canadian Provinces & Territories

  • Free shipping on orders over CA$185 (before tax).

  • Flat rate CA$28 on orders under CA$185.

Please note: Additional delivery charges may apply for certain remote areas or for oversized/heavy packages. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you directly before shipping.

Shipping Within the U.S.

For U.S. customers, all listed prices already include tax and duty — no extra charges.

  • Orders under $190

    • Standard shipping: $15

    • With signature required: $19

  • Orders $190 and above

    • Shipping: included ($15 value)

    • Signature option: + $4


Signature Required (Canada & U.S.) Add-On Option

  • Customers may add the Signature Required option at checkout.

  • If this option is not purchased, the carrier and our store cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

  • Without this option, carriers may leave packages at your porch, doorstep, or office without a signature.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided once the order ships and for contacting the carrier immediately if any delivery issues arise.

Shipping Insurance

  • Canada: All shipments are covered by the carrier’s standard insurance, generally up to CA$100.

  • U.S.:

    • Express shipments are covered by the carrier’s standard insurance, generally up to CA$100.

    • Standard shipments are not insured. In the event of loss or damage, Voila Maison is not responsible and cannot issue a refund.

  • International (outside Canada & U.S.): Shipments do not include insurance.

Important notes:

  • Carrier insurance only covers loss or damage during transit.

  • Insurance does not cover theft after delivery.

  • As a small business, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for packages stolen after they have been delivered.

Unclaimed Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us for reasons such as:

  • Invalid or incomplete address

  • Missing delivery instructions

  • Failure to pick up within the carrier’s timeframe

Reshipment charges will apply based on the shipping rate. Our team will contact you with payment instructions. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to refund your order, deducting the return shipping costs and a 30% handling fee.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, we will assist in coordinating the return when possible. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges, including the cost of a new shipping label.

Orders with Inventory Issues

If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you promptly. Your order will be held until we receive authorization on how to proceed. Please note that processing and delivery times may be affected.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible via telephone or email.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the shipping process has begun.

  • If an order is cancelled after shipment, customers are responsible for return shipping (if the items are eligible for return).

  • Once payment is processed, the order is considered confirmed. Confirmation emails may sometimes land in spam/junk folders — it is the customer’s responsibility to check.
